The position offers ownership, visibility from day one, and a fast-growing environment with equity participation. You will join a high-growth team, collaborating with the Head of Private Equity Partnerships, and help scale initiatives across portfolio

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity deal sourcing, or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop targeted outreach campaigns for private equity firms and executives.
• Draft personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to drive engagement.
• Identify warm introduction pathways across networks.
• Research private equity firms, strategies, and portfolio trends.
• Prepare briefing materials for investor meetings.
• Support meeting execution and capture follow-up actions.
• Build presentations, ROI analyses, and strategic materials for partners.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and partnership tracking.
