The role blends software engineering with customer engagement, requiring strong fundamentals, the ability to diagnose complex issues, and clear communication. You will influence product directions and build scalable internal tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Ability to investigate, diagnose, and solve complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with external engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical partner to customer product and engineering teams
• Help customers integrate and leverage APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and embedded products
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across multiple customer accounts
• Write production-quality code to improve both customer-facing and internal systems
• Design technical solutions rather than simply configuring existing tools
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through Slack, tickets, documentation, and customer calls
• Identify recurring challenges and build scalable engineering solutions
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to influence roadmap decisions
