You will build coverage plans with experts, explain options and deadlines, and ensure accurate coverage without overpromising. Relocation may be required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance brokerage or account management.
• Ability to explain gaps and maintain trust with customers.
• License or ability to obtain a commercial insurance license within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Read source documents: bound policy, certificate request, and contract insurance requirements line by line.
• Identify exactly what the requirement asks for that current coverage does not provide.
• Build a coverage plan with experts to close the gap credibly.
• Lead customer conversations: explain requirements, coverage options, price, and deadlines.
• Close the change: secure business and complete required items, maintain ownership through bind.
