Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Business Development Specialist to find, develop, and maintain relationships with restaurant chain customers. You will make a high volume of outbound calls, learn customer challenges, and craft sales solutions to close opportunities.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, partnerships, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work in a hybrid environment with a culture that rewards initiative, growth, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in inside sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to follow through.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Identify and cultivate new partnerships with Chain Customers.
• Build knowledge of food service and HVAC industry trends and customer needs.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline nationwide.
• Document activities in Salesforce CRM and provide timely reporting.
• Research accounts to understand business needs and how Parts Town can help.
