Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Business Development Specialist (PARTnership Builder) to find, develop, and maintain relationships with restaurant chain customers nationwide. You will make a high volume of outbound calls, learn customer challenges, and apply Parts Town solutions to close opportunities while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires 1–3 years in inside sales, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development or account management.
• Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office.
• Able to build long-standing partnerships and proactively identify opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative and follow through.
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls (40+) to new and existing customers.
• Identify, cultivate, and build new partnerships with Chain Customers.
• Develop deep knowledge of food service and HVAC industry trends.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline nationwide.
• Log all activities in Salesforce CRM for timely reporting.
• Research accounts to understand their business and potential needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience team to grow relationships.
• Educate customers on Parts Town resources and capabilities.
