Upgrade Home Improvement is hiring a Partner Growth & Engagement Manager to own the full lifecycle of our referral partner book—from existing partners to re-engagement and onboarding of new partners. The role blends administrative and customer service support with outreach, goal setting, and cross-functional marketing coordination.

Responsibilities include partner support, CRM management, onboarding, marketing coordination, and travel for partner visits, with a focus on achieving funded loan

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in partner/account management, customer service, training, or loan origination support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across departments (marketing, sales/ops).
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight trips (10%+).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for existing referral partners and manage day-to-day admin requests.
• Maintain and update referral partner CRM with activity and history.
• Lead onboarding and rollout for new partners and set funded loan volume goals.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for each partner and align with marketing teams.
• Travel to visit partners and represent the organization at events.
• Track funded loan volume, conversion rates, and partner activity trends.
