Job summary

Realm is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and scale a repeatable acquisition and revenue channel. You will own end-to-end partnership strategy, sourcing, negotiations, and cross-functional implementation to drive homeowner demand and partner-led growth.

You will design operating models, create scalable workflows, and partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful partner outcomes. This is a full-time, office-based role in a fast-growing category.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or startup operations.
• Proven ability to source, structure, launch, and scale partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of full-stack partnership acquisition and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define Realm’s partnership strategy across high-potential categories.
• Source and close high-quality partners and develop deal structures.
• Design workflows, SLAs, CRM processes, and reporting for partnerships.
• Turn partner wins into repeatable growth and revenue.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Data, and Marketing to scale partnerships.
