Job summary

SelfPublishing.com is seeking an Event Planner to drive affiliate revenue and coordinate live partnership events, from onboarding to post‑event renewals. You’ll be the glue between marketing, partnerships, and finance, delivering assets, tracking goals, and ensuring timely payouts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hubspot and CRM or pipeline management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
• Comfortable coordinating between departments and keeping stakeholders on track

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage launch calls and run‑throughs
• Coordinate with the marketing team on assets (emails, landing pages, follow‑up sequences)
• Test, manage, and deliver all partner‑facing promotional materials
• Track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success
• Lead post‑event debrief calls and capture lessons learned
• Renew existing partners—especially those that don’t require new negotiation
• Identify evergreen opportunities and grow recurring revenue per partner
• Manage invoices and commissions (in partnership with our Finance Team)
• Ensure on‑time commission payouts and performance bonuses
• Send partner appreciation gifts and touchpoints to keep morale high
• Take administrative and coordination tasks off his plate so he can stay focused on closing
• Act as an executive assistant when needed to help move deals forward faster
