Job summary

Crain Communications is seeking an experienced events/partnership professional to lead partner fulfillment and onsite activations for live events. You will coordinate with Events, Sales and Sales Marketing to ensure sponsorship obligations are executed seamlessly and integrated into event plans.

The role requires strong relationship building, multi-tasking, and creative activation ideas to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sponsorship fulfillment or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage complex event logistics.
• Strong relationship-building and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner fulfillment and onsite activation for live events.
• Coordinate with Events, Sales and Sales Marketing to align programs and run-of-show.
• Translate sponsorship obligations into activation plans including timelines and branding.
• Manage partner communications, activations, exhibits and experiential elements.
• Oversee budgeted sponsorship expenses and post-event debriefs.
