SelfPublishing.com is seeking an Event Planner to grow our affiliate and promotional partnership program by supporting the Head of Business Development. You’ll drive revenue and lead coordination from onboarding and asset delivery through post-event renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience with coordinating complex partner programs and events.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Comfortable coordinating between departments and keeping stakeholders on track.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage launch calls and run-throughs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on assets (emails, landing pages, follow-up sequences).
• Test, manage, and deliver partner-facing promotional materials.
• Track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success.
• Lead post-event debriefs and capture lessons learned.
• Renew existing partners and grow recurring revenue per partner.
• Manage invoices and commissions and ensure on-time payouts.
