Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Online & Regional Events Program Manager to build the operating foundation behind Partner Marketing’s online and in-person event portfolio. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing or marketing program management.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with clear timelines and success measures.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, benchmarks and ROI evaluation.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts, identifying financial risks early.
• Ability to build repeatable processes, capacity plans, and calendars across programs.
• Experience managing agencies or vendors with briefs, milestones and SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across regions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale repeatable event motions across online and in-person Partner Marketing programs.
• Own measurement framework for partner events and assess ROI against outcomes.
• Develop capacity model and integrated editorial calendar for events.
• Manage events budget and forecasting with forecast accuracy.
• Integrate Partner Marketing events into regional and global calendars.
• Develop and launch a shared-services model for events and drive adoption.
• Manage agency performance with clear briefs, SLAs, and escalation paths.
