Job summary

Prucenter is seeking a Partnership Activation Coordinator to provide daily administrative and operational support to the Activation team. You will assist with partner events, game days, logistics, and reporting, ensuring seamless execution and strong partner relations.

Travel may be required for occasional events and office duties in Camden, NJ. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–1+ years of relevant work experience; sports/event marketing or agency preferred.
• Customer service and relationship building oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage events, promotions and related activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Partnership Activation department.
• Support events, including planning, execution, documentation and follow-up for on-site and off-site activities.
• Own game day logs, LED grid, and broadcast marketing drop scheduling.
• Manage game day hospitality tickets and hosting.
• Collaborate to streamline reports, logos, and recap information.
• Track inventory for autographs, promos, and gifting.
• Assist with calendars, agendas, recaps and action items.
• Design mid-season and year-end partnership recaps.
• Maintain organized files, templates, and contact lists.
• Prepare materials for internal meetings and track action items.
• Coordinate shipping, gifting, tickets, parking and logistics.
