ServiceNow seeks a Partner Technology Architect to be the strategic interface for Global and Strategic Regional partners. You will lead pre-sales technical excellence, business development, solution strategy, and AI-first adoption, translating platform capabilities into repeatable offerings partners can build and monetize.
Responsibilities include leading partner growth through co-innovation, architectural validation, and executive engagement, while ensuring governance, trust, and measurable
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or related roles.
- Proven experience working directly with partners, system integrators, or technology alliances.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence VP+ level stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business strategy and technology into partner growth plans.
- Experience shaping or scaling partner practices and go-to-market motions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary strategic interface for assigned partners from pre-sales through co-innovation.
- Lead joint business planning aligning investments and go-to-market priorities.
- Drive pre-sales discoveries, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations.
- Translate platform and AI capabilities into differentiated, scalable partner solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
