Job summary

Care.com is seeking a highly organized Partner Success & Implementation Specialist to serve as the primary contact for agencies, managing onboarding, documentation, and operational support across the provider lifecycle.

You will lead onboarding calls, review Provider Profiles, handle COI/licensing updates, and maintain accurate agency records while proactively improving processes and partner experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or high level Customer Service
