CarePortal is seeking an Agency Onboarding Specialist to guide new agencies through onboarding, ensuring they can submit high-quality, approved requests that connect children and families to meaningful support. The role emphasizes efficient activation and clear communication of needs within the platform.

Success is measured by first-submission readiness, accuracy, and readiness for a smooth transition to the Engagement team, with network health metrics guiding improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Understanding of agencies, caseworkers, and the broader social services system.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead virtual training sessions.
• Ability to guide customers through structured processes with clarity and confidence.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new agencies.
• Guide agencies through platform setup and submission process.
• Prepare agencies to submit first approved requests.
• Ensure understanding of quality standards for submissions.
• Provide clear, supportive onboarding guidance.
• Ensure agencies feel confident in using the platform.
• Follow onboarding standards and playbooks.
• Provide feedback to improve efficiency and clarity.
• Support efforts to reduce onboarding complexity.
• Ensure onboarding milestones are completed accurately.
• Transition agencies to Engagement after first approved submission.
• Support network balance through strategy meetings to identify issues and opportunities.
