Experience coordinating teams, balancing workload, and meeting SLAs.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with structured problem-solving.
Strong written and verbal communication to set expectations and explain resolutions.
Excellent time-management to handle multiple escalated cases and meet SLA.
Identify areas for improvement and support resource optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client-centered support.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and train Partner Support associates while ensuring SLA adherence.
Address day-to-day client needs and deliver tailored platform recommendations.
Prioritize and resolve escalated cases and collaborate with Product/Tech teams.
Document escalation actions and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
