You will influence architecture, debugging pipelines with AI-assisted tooling, and communicate status clearly to executives and partner teams in a dynamic, high-scale environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with focus on partner engineering or external API integration.
• Experience with high-scale API architecture and data pipelines.
• Ability to interface with enterprise engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and DRI for technical partner success, from sandbox onboarding to production optimization.
• Maintain API reliability, performance, latency, uptime, and SLA compliance across external data feeds and integrations.
• Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and automated alerting for data product health to resolve issues before they impact partners.
• Translate complex partner requirements into technical specifications and roadmap items.
• Partner with core engineering teams to harden APIs, optimize streaming pipelines, and refine data contracts.
