Job summary

Silvur is seeking a Client Success specialist to partner with credit unions, driving product adoption and enablement across a growing portfolio. You will develop repeatable playbooks, scalable training, and data-informed engagement strategies to support 30+ partners and optimize programs.

You will work in a fast-paced, AI-first environment, coordinating onboarding end-to-end, and collaborating with product, marketing, and operations to improve member outcomes and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, marketing or product specialist roles.
• Startup experience preferred; comfortable with ambiguity and building processes where none exists.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
• Comfort across a modern, AI-first lightweight tech stack — Claude, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Asana, Canva+.

Responsibilities

• Own product adoption and partner enablement; design scalable training for staff and executives.
• Manage 30+ credit union partners; provide program optimization support and quarterly business reviews.
• Lead onboarding and implementation end-to-end with structured, education-first approach.
• Establish metrics, surface insights, and collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to improve outcomes.
