Finix is seeking a partner management professional to own post‑close relationships and drive sustainable growth. You will serve as the primary partner contact, maintaining portfolio health and enabling partners with training and resources to accelerate joint success.

You are experienced in high‑growth SaaS or payments, highly organized, and proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to track performance and refine processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner management or customer success in a high‑growth SaaS or payments company.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple partner relationships.
• Strong CRM skills using Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own post-close partner relationships and drive SAO generation.
• Serve as the primary partner contact and manage portfolio health.
• Onboard, enable, and support partners with training and resources.
• Track performance metrics and refine repeatable processes.
