Silvur is hiring a Client Success Specialist to partner with credit unions, keeping them engaged, supported, and deriving real value from the Silvur program. You’ll manage day‑to‑day relationships, drive adoption, deliver training, and help build scalable playbooks that work across a growing partner network with AI-first workflows.

You’ll collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to surface insights, track KPIs, and ensure a great partner experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, marketing or product specialist roles.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to drive decisions.
• Comfort with a modern, AI-first tech stack (Claude, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Asana, Canva+).

Responsabilités

• Act as day-to-day contact for credit union partners, ensuring engagement and goals alignment.
• Design and deliver training, and build repeatable enablement materials for a growing partner network.
• Track referral activity and product utilization to guide focus and improvements.
• Lead onboarding of new partners from kickoff to deployment with an education-first approach.
