Job summary

Silvur is seeking a Client Success Specialist to be the primary contact for credit union partners, keeping them engaged and deriving real value from the Silvur program. You’ll manage day‑to‑day relationships, drive adoption, deliver training, and help build scalable playbooks.

This hands‑on role focuses on repeatable, data‑driven engagement across a growing partner network, with room to grow as the company expands and AI‑first workflows are developed. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner success, onboarding, account management, marketing or product-focused roles.
• Ability to design processes and scalable training for a growing partner network.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for credit union partners, answering questions and keeping programs on track.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships with proactive check-ins and strong partner experiences.
• Lead recurring meetings and business reviews to surface adoption gaps and align on goals.
• Identify opportunities to deepen product usage and referral volume within accounts.
• Design and deliver training for staff and in-branch teams in collaboration with agents.
• Build repeatable enablement materials and playbooks deployable across a large portfolio.
• Track referral activity, engagement, and product utilization to guide focus and improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to improve client outcomes.
• Support onboarding of new partners from kickoff through deployment.
