Job summary

Silvur is seeking a Head of Marketing in Washington, DC to lead growth initiatives across brands including Silvur and Silvur Insurance. You will be part of the leadership team, shaping strategy, and driving acquisition, adoption, and retention through AI-powered, data-driven campaigns.

You will supervise a small marketing and design team, evangelize AI tools, and partner with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to scale our outreach for credit unions and their members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in marketing, sales enablement, or related roles with a proven ability to drive sales, product adoption, and customer retention.
• Prior startup experience; comfortable with ambiguity and building process where none exists.
• Comfort with an AI‑first lightweight tech stack — Claude, ChatGPT, Umami, HubSpot, Asana, On24, Canva+. We’re a Google shop and we use Claude all day!
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including paid advertising, direct mail, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and lifecycle marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of overall marketing strategy and plans to drive awareness, acquisition/sales, adoption, and engagement/retention for Silvur brands.
• Create cross‑channel data driven marketing campaigns targeting all funnel stages; manage paid and organic marketing.
• Support member retention efforts and engagement in our digital product with content.
• Support sales through social media, events, lead gen content and thought leadership.
• Own data and delivery; manage data pipelines and ensure accessibility.
• Oversee brand marketing functions, including strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Lead AI-forward marcom stack adoption.
• Lead a small team of marketers and designers.
