Job summary

7Seventy seeks a Client Success Specialist to be the central product expert for a technology-powered insurance platform across a growing portfolio of credit union partners. You will drive product adoption, enablement, onboarding, and program optimization to maintain healthy accounts and scalable training programs.

In this role you’ll manage 16+ partners, build repeatable playbooks, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, or related fields.
• Experience managing a large portfolio (10+ accounts) preferred.
• Startup experience and ability to work in ambiguity.
• Strong data analysis, process design, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI-first delivery and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with 16+ credit union partners and drive program success.
• Design scalable training and enablement materials for partners.
• Lead onboarding from kickoff through deployment.
• Use AI tools to automate partner communications and delivery.
• Analyze metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
