Job summary

Maverick Payments is seeking a Partner Support Representative to join its Partner Relations team. You will be the frontline contact for partners, handling inbound calls, emails, and dashboard requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.

You will own requests from intake to resolution, coordinating with underwriting, risk, pricing, and product teams to deliver timely updates and solutions. This is a on-site role in the Greater Houston area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support operations.
• Experience with ticketing systems, CRM tools, dashboards, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for partners via inbound calls, email, Dashboard, and HappyFox.
• Manage a high volume of tickets and calls daily, resolving requests accurately and within SLA.
• Own partner requests from intake through resolution with clear status updates and timelines.
• Support underwriting needs including document uploads and status updates.
• Assist with risk-related requests including liens, transactions, and funding holds.
• Handle equipment inquiries including compatibility and demo requests.
• Process residuals-related requests including reports and funding inquiries.
• Support reporting requests related to rejected transactions and activity.
• Assist with product requests including white label setup and API questions.
