Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field.
• 8–12 years in merchant services, fintech, or acquiring industry.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in relationship management, partner relations, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of ISO/Agent model, merchant acquiring, pricing, risk, and partner retention.
• Experience using CRM systems, reporting platforms, and portfolio-management tools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Relationship Management department and lead high-performing managers.
• Recruit, coach, and develop teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and execute partner retention, engagement, and growth strategies.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key partners and act as escalation point.
• Lead partner lifecycle initiatives and quarterly portfolio reviews.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and partner satisfaction metrics; report to executives.
