Job summary

Murmuration in the United States is hiring a Partnership Success Manager to optimize partner use of Organizer and our services. You will be the primary contact for a partner portfolio, guiding onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization.

Role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and training delivery to ensure campaign success and data-driven outcomes for diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and managing strong relationships with partner organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and project planning abilities.
• Experience supporting multi-team outputs and cross-functional work.
• Familiarity with data quality and hygiene in data-driven work.
• Experience with electoral or advocacy campaigns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Murmuration’s Organizer product and related tools.
• Manage a portfolio of partner organizations with onboarding and ongoing support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, liaising with internal teams as needed.
• Develop and maintain a partner-specific support plan and resources.
• Lead trainings and maintain partner communications through the lifecycle.
• Organize regular partner meetings and internal cross-functional pods.
• Identify opportunities for broader collaboration across services.
