Murmuration is hiring a Data Success Manager to support partners in using data-driven products and services for civic engagement campaigns. You will work with the Data Team to clean, load, and understand complex datasets while coordinating with Partnerships Success Managers to deliver tailored support.

Qualifications

• Moderate knowledge of SQL
• Moderate experience with scripting languages (Python, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Understand partner data requirements and ensure data-related products meet expectations
• Collaborate with Partnership Success Managers to maintain strong partner relationships
• Support data governance rules and processes within Murmuration
• Assess long-term data needs and propose enhancements or new data solutions
• Assist partners when data issues require cross-team coordination
• Recommend ways to improve database operations to support partner needs
