Job summary

Murmuration is a mission-driven organization seeking a Partnership Success Manager to help partners maximize value from Organizer and related services. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of partners, guiding onboarding through ongoing adoption and value realization.

You will diagnose issues, tailor support plans, and coordinate with product and data teams while leading trainings and documenting best practices. A passion for civic engagement helps drive success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and managing relationships with partner organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent project planning and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become an expert in Murmuration’s product offerings and data tools.
• Manage a portfolio of partners with onboarding plans and tailored support.
• Diagnose issues, coordinate with internal teams, and develop support plans.
• Develop and maintain online help resources and partner documentation.
• Lead partner meetings and trainings, and identify new collaboration opportunities.
