Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC in Washington State seeks a Manager, Partner Sales to lead a team driving revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic technology partners. You’ll own the portfolio revenue, set goals, inspect pipeline, and equip sellers with insights, offers, and deal support.

You’ll design partner programs, strengthen reporting and lead-management processes, present to senior stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across partner leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in sales/partner/business leadership with people-management.
• Experience leading quota-carrying sales professionals.
• Proven success delivering revenue growth through teams and partner organizations.
• Experience managing portfolio-level revenue targets, forecasting, and coverage models.
• Strong channel/partner sales background in technology/IT/hardware.
• Knowledge of deal registration, pricing, and partner incentives.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate pipeline, attainment, and ROI.
• Ability to build structured processes and maintain performance rhythms.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and program-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of partner sellers for a portfolio of strategic technology partners.
• Own portfolio revenue, YoY growth, pipeline coverage, and overall team attainment.
• Set performance expectations, development plans, onboarding, and coaching.
• Allocate goals and resources across the partner portfolio.
• Develop portfolio strategies and coverage models to improve productivity and revenue.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business reviews.
• Monitor pipeline coverage, aging, conversion, and account coverage.
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Provide partner-facing sellers with prioritized accounts, insights, offers, and deal support.
• Build executive relationships with partner sales leadership.
• Manage escalations requiring senior engagement or investment approvals.
• Present performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee lead-management rules and reporting; support sales execution.
• Guide BI investments toward actionable insights and targeting.
• Help develop new partner programs and sales motions.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and shared learning.
