Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned channel sales professional to drive growth with partner accounts in a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. You will enable partner sellers, optimize pipeline, and support deal execution across AI-enabled devices and digital sales initiatives.

The role requires strong commercial judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to influence outcomes through others while coordinating across sales, partner, and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, sales operations, or related field.
• Experience with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or indirect sales.
• Experience managing or influencing sales pipeline, account coverage, or revenue-generating activities.
• Strong analytical skills to translate sales data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of channel and partner accounts by developing partner-sourced pipeline and improving sales execution.
• Build and maintain targeted account lists based on sales propensity and activity.
• Route sales leads to partner sellers with context, next steps, and clear ownership.
• Monitor lead progression and follow up on aging opportunities to ensure timely action.
• Review partner pipeline against goals and establish clear actions for improvement.
• Enable partner sellers through sales plays, positioning, pricing guidance, and onboarding.
