Commvault in the Bay Area is seeking a Partner Business Manager to drive sales success with our select partners. You will develop go-to-market strategies, manage partner revenue targets, and collaborate with CVLT sales to maximize co-sell and services opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of executive sales or business development experience, strong alliance capabilities, and a proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of validated executive sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in partner sales leadership and alliance development.
• Experience working across product management, marketing, sales, and services.

Responsibilities

• Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue in a territory.
• Present CVLT portfolio and partner program benefits to partners.
• Build and execute territory plans to grow mutual business.
• Drive resell, co-sell, and services engagement with CVLT sales.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key partners.
