Job summary

Latitude Partners is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner-owners, co-owning an operating company with equity and no upfront capital. You will build your own book of business, lead client relationships, and serve as the trusted proxy to place the right attorneys for each engagement.

This role is not practicing law; you own engagements end to end, with equity and a clear path to profit distributions.

Qualifications

• Senior attorney with strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Willingness to focus on client relationships and business-building.
• Ability to own engagements end to end with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company and build your book of business.
• Develop client relationships in home market and nationwide as a trusted presence.
• Serve as client proxy to select precise Latitude attorneys for engagements.
• Own every engagement end to end, ensuring satisfaction for client and talent.
