Job summary

Latitude Partners seek highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners, co-owning a Latitude operating company and building a personal book of business with equity. You’ll lead client engagements, select the right Latitude attorneys, and drive nationwide opportunities, owning each engagement end to end.

This is a full-time, scalable opportunity that supports working largely from a home office. Expect ownership-based compensation with distributions and ongoing equity as your practice

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior attorney — partner, counsel, or senior in-house lawyer with a strong reputation among decision‑makers.
• Desire to focus on client relationships and business-building, even if less energized by practicing law.
• Exceptional responsiveness, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, and over time build your own book of business and team.
• Develop and deepen client relationships in your home market and across the country as a trusted, expert presence for Latitude.
• Serve as the client’s proxy in understanding each need and selecting precisely the right Latitude attorneys, collaborating with colleagues nationwide.
• Own every engagement end to end, ensuring both client and talent are highly satisfied.
