Job summary

Latitude Legal Recruitment Limited seeks highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners. You will co-own an operating company, build your own book of business, and lead client relationships across the country.

This is a business leadership role, not a traditional legal practice, with equity and profit distributions. You’ll own engagements end to end, collaborate with colleagues nationwide, and manage your own schedule as owners of the business.

Qualifications

• Senior attorney with a strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Initiative to generate opportunities and build a book of business.
• Exceptional responsiveness, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Desire to build something that is truly yours and grow it over time.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company and build your own book of business and team.
• Develop and deepen client relationships in your home market and nationwide.
• Act as the client’s proxy in understanding needs and selecting the right Latitude attorneys.
• Own every engagement end to end, ensuring client and talent satisfaction.
