Job summary

Latitude is seeking entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner-owners, co-owning a Latitude operating company with equity. Build your own book of business and lead a team while serving diverse clients nationwide.

As a Partner, you will be the client’s trusted proxy, selecting the right attorneys for each engagement, and owning engagements from start to finish. This is a non-practicing-law leadership role with flexible work arrangements and travel.

Qualifications

• Senior attorney with strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Interest in client-relationship and business-building.
• Exceptional responsiveness, discretion, judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, build your book of business and team.
• Develop and deepen client relationships across markets as a trusted presence for Latitude.
• Serve as client’s proxy in understanding needs and selecting the right Latitude attorneys.
