Job summary

Latitude Partners seeks highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners. You will co-own an operating company, build a personal book of business, and serve as the client’s trusted proxy in selecting attorneys for engagements. You own engagements end-to-end and lead your own team, with clients nationwide.

The role offers flexibility to work largely from a home office with frequent local travel and occasional national travel for conferences and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Senior attorney with strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Willingness to generate own opportunities and build a book of business.
• Ability to own engagements end-to-end and manage client and talent relationships.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company.
• Develop and deepen client relationships nationally.
• Serve as client proxy to select the right Latitude attorneys.
• Own engagements end-to-end with high client and talent satisfaction.
