Job summary

Latitude Partners is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner-owners. You will co-own a Latitude operating company with its own P&L, building a book of business and leading a team while delivering for clients nationwide.

This role is a business leadership position, not a traditional legal practice, with equity ownership and growth opportunities. You will manage engagements end to end, deepen client relationships, and act as the trusted proxy in selecting the right

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful senior attorney — a partner, counsel, or senior in-house lawyer.
• A genuine appetite for the client-relationship and business-building side of professional life.
• Exceptional responsiveness, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.
• A desire to build something that is truly yours, and to grow it over time.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, and over time build your own book of business and team.
• Develop and deepen client relationships in your home market and across the country as a trusted, expert presence for Latitude.
• Serve as the client’s proxy in understanding each need and selecting precisely the right Latitude attorneys, collaborating with colleagues nationwide. (This is a business leadership role, not a legal practice.)
• Own every engagement end to end, ensuring both client and talent are highly satisfied.
