Latitude seeks entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners. You will co-own an operating company, build client relationships nationwide, and select precisely the right Latitude attorneys for engagements, delivering end-to-end client satisfaction.

You will lead your own book, manage a team over time, and navigate a flexible model that rewards performance, equity, and client results rather than traditional practice hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior attorney with strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Willingness to focus on client relationship and business-building.
• Excellent responsiveness, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Desire to build something that is yours and grow it.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, build book of business and team.
• Develop and deepen client relationships in home market and nationwide.
• Act as the client’s proxy to select the right Latitude attorneys.
• Own engagements end to end, ensuring client and talent satisfaction.
