Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Channel Operations Program Manager to work with Channel Operations, technology, finance, and sales to optimize partner onboarding, registrations, revenue share administration, data governance, reporting, and lifecycle management.

The role focuses on business administration for partner platforms, process improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support channel growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/analytics/PM.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience or certifications preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with channel operations or partner programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and define business requirements.
• Serve as business administrator for partner operations platforms and workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, platform enhancements, testing, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with Channel Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, BI teams, and vendors.
• Track and report key metrics like onboarding effectiveness, adoption, and data quality.
