Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, project/program management or related field preferred.
• 5 years of project/program management experience or certifications a plus.
• Strong group facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and define business requirements.
• Serve as business administrator for partner operations platforms and workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding, registrations, and platform enhancements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, quality issues, and risks.
• Track and report operational metrics and service levels.
• Create and maintain process maps, governance standards, and training materials.
