We are seeking a business operations professional to partner with Channel Operations and technology teams, optimize processes, and drive scalable partner onboarding and governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Project/Program Management.
• 5 years of project/program management experience or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and define business requirements.
• Administer partner operations platforms and manage onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with Channel Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and BI teams.
• Research, validate, reconcile, and analyze operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Track and report partner onboarding effectiveness, registrations, and data quality.
