Job summary

Paychex is seeking a skilled Program/Operations professional to collaborate with Channel Operations and technology teams, driving partner onboarding, registrations, and revenue share administration. You will be the business administrator for partner platforms, shaping workflows, governance, and data quality initiatives.

The role requires a HS Diploma with a preferred Bachelor's in business or analytics, plus 5 years in project/program management or related certifications.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Admin, Analytics, PM or related field.
• 5 years of project/program management experience or certifications are a plus.
• Excellent group facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational improvements and define business requirements.
• Manage partner operations programs with process design, governance, onboarding, and platform enhancements.
• Coordinate with Channel Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, Tech, BI, and vendors.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Track and report on onboarding, registration, platform adoption, and data quality metrics.
• Create and maintain process maps, governance standards, and training materials.
