Job summary

Paychex, a leading provider of payroll and HR solutions, is seeking a Manager, Partner Enablement to drive day-to-day program operations for embedded partnerships. You will orchestrate partner intake, vetting, reporting, and cross-team hand-offs to accelerate revenue growth and improve the customer experience.

In this role you will partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into actionable programs, ensure scalable integration across HCM platforms, and continuously improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, partner or program operations, or customer experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing roadmaps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain the program management framework for partner relationships.
• Translate corporate priorities into actionable programs supporting revenue growth and customer experience.
• Build and optimize AI-enabled workflows for the embedded team to reduce manual work.
• Onboard and evaluate new partners based on strategic impact and market differentiation.
• Identify risks and implement tools to improve efficiency and accountability across teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Strategy to align partner initiatives with roadmaps.
