Job summary

Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits and advisory services, is seeking a Partner Operations Manager. You will act as the business administrator for partner operations platforms, drive onboarding, registrations, and revenue share processes, and partner with internal teams to optimize workflows and data quality.

You will research and analyze partner program data, track operational metrics, and ensure governance and reporting outputs are accurate.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Project/Program Management or similar preferred.
• 5 years of project/program management experience or certifications a plus; strong facilitation skills preferred.
• Experience with program management, stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational improvement opportunities and define business requirements.
• Serve as business administrator for partner operations platforms and workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding, registrations and platform enhancements.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Track and report metrics for onboarding, onboarding effectiveness, and platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Channel Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, BI and vendors.
