Job summary

FloSports is seeking a Global Partnerships Coordinator to manage a diverse partner portfolio and optimize our partner portal and workflows. You’ll work at the nexus of partnerships, operations, and technology, ensuring consistent, high-quality partner experiences across multiple events and partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 0–4 years in partnerships or operations, a curiosity for AI-driven improvements, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in partnerships, operations, live events, media, or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI, automation, or emerging tech to improve productivity.
• Data-informed mindset with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Relationship-driven with ability to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, live-event driven environment.
• Highly organized with multi-partner/project management skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability with reliable execution.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented with curiosity.
• Systems-minded and able to translate needs into clear workflows.
• Comfortable learning unfamiliar tools and testing new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized partners as primary day-to-day contact.
• Lead delivery of partnership commitments across partners, events, and internal teams.
• Translate partner needs into actionable plans for teams to execute.
• Support renewals with organizational rigor and accurate tracking.
• Monitor contract health and flag risks or opportunities early.
• Travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, or partner events.
• Help develop the FloSports Partner Portal as the operational hub.
• Map workflows to identify and streamline manual or fragmented processes.
• Translate team pain points into requirements for Product/Engineering.
• Prototype lightweight solutions using AI/automation or no-code tools.
• Test workflows, document bugs, and capture user feedback.
• Maintain data integrity for partner information and status.
• Support rollout and adoption of new tools and processes.
• Look for repeatable, scalable solutions across sports and partner types.
• Provide flexible operational support during high-volume periods.
