Job summary

FloSports in Austin, TX is seeking a Global Partnerships Coordinator to manage a portfolio of partners and help scale partnership operations across onboarding, delivery, and renewals.

You will help evolve the FloSports Partner Portal, use AI and automation to streamline workflows, and collaborate with product and engineering to implement practical improvements while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in partnerships, operations, live events, media, or related field.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience using AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve productivity.
• Data-informed mindset with strong attention to accuracy, organization, and operational detail.
• Relationship-driven with strong people instincts and ability to build rapport and maintain partnerships.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, live event-driven environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized partners as the main day-to-day contact, delivering a high‑quality partner experience.
• Lead execution of partnership deliverables and coordinate across partners, events, and internal teams.
• Translate partner needs and contractual requirements into clear, actionable plans.
• Support renewals with accurate performance tracking and documentation.
• Develop the FloSports Partner Portal as the hub for onboarding, launch, delivery, and renewal.
• Map workflows, identify manual processes, and propose automation or standardization ideas.
• Test Partner Portal functionality and document gaps and enhancements.
• Provide training and enablement to ensure adoption and data integrity.
