Lovable is seeking a hands-on Partner Operations lead to manage our Solution Partner Program and co-sell with hyperscalers. You will block/unblock partners, build scalable processes, and deliver clear performance insights to leadership.

The role focuses on onboarding, certification, directory health, and end-to-end cross-sell sequencing. You’ll implement integrations and automation, driving efficient partner experience.

Qualifikationen

• 4-10 years of experience in partner or channel operations or RevOps.
• Hands-on with CRM systems, connecting tools, and building agents/automation.
• Comfortable working with AI agents daily; strong written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and data flow understanding.
• Preferred: experience with hyperscaler co-sell programs or cloud marketplaces.

Aufgaben

• Run partner support end to end and escalate as needed for the support team.
• Oversee partner applications, onboarding and certification processes.
• Maintain Partner Directory, listings, tiers, badges and reviews.
• Map co-sell motions with hyperscalers from opportunity to close and attribution.
• Own Crossbeam config and integrations with HubSpot and Lovable apps.
• Create automations and AI agents to reduce repetitive work.
• Lead program reporting and help set GTM-aligned targets.
• Turn recurring problems into permanent process improvements.
• Help launch new programs and keep processes aligned across teams.
