Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a focused partner operations professional to own a high-leverage integration surface. This role connects external APIs with our product, overseeing commercial relationships, technical requirements, data quality, and escalation paths.

You will create processes, document systems, and build the operational backbone that scales partner connections. If you prefer following playbooks over writing them, this role probably isn’t for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner operations, integration management, technical program management, business systems, or solutions and implementation - between a product team and third-party API providers.
• You read API documentation without needing a translator and can write clear integration requirements and validate the result.
• Experience owning a partner or vendor relationship commercially - SLAs, escalations, contract terms, renewal conversations.
• Working familiarity with payment systems (Stripe or comparable) and document processing (OCR or AI extraction).
• Strong analytical work; you diagnose with data and quantify findings; SQL is a plus.
• You escalated early and clearly, and bring a proposed fix.
• Bonus: exposure to commercial insurance, certificates of insurance, background screening, or other compliance-heavy operations.

Responsibilities

• Own one high-leverage partner integration surface end-to-end.
• Create processes, document systems, and establish the operational backbone that enables scaling.
• Absorb upstream changes downstream and align with product promises.
• Manage escalations, SLAs, and commercial relationships with partners.
