Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Product Operations Manager, Integrations to own the integration platform and partner ecosystem. You will triage requests, manage ISV relationships, and drive early-access programs to scale our integrations across systems.

You will coordinate launches with engineering, product, and GTM, translating partner feedback into actionable roadmap items while keeping processes lean and scalable.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner or Ecosystem Operations, or a related role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Direct experience working on an integrations team.
• Experience with APIs and MCP.
• Experience managing external technology or ISV partner relationships.
• Hands-on experience running early-access or beta programs.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate feedback into requirements.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
• Preference for lightweight systems that scale over heavy processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, triage, and prioritization of integration and API/MCP feature requests from customers and partners.
• Triage partner- and customer-reported integration issues, assess severity and impact, coordinate resolution and communicate updates.
• Manage relationships with technology and ISV partners across the integration lifecycle.
• Plan and run early-access programs for new integrations and API/MCP capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches of new integrations and ensure operational readiness.
• Translate feedback into clear requirements and prioritized workstreams for the roadmap.
• Create and maintain partner-facing documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Identify recurring challenges and implement lightweight scalable processes.
