Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Specialist for Partner Integrations in New Verticals to own partner success across multiple U.S. locales, including remote work.

You will drive integration initiatives, work with cross-functional teams, and shape the integrations roadmap to unlock new merchant value. The role requires translating technical concepts to business outcomes, managing external partner relationships, and leveraging data insights to prioritize product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years translating technical concepts to business solutions.
• Technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with partner objectives.
• Work on strategic projects based on Merchant needs to improve product offering and processes.
